Q: What all is included in being a crew member during Cruise/work week?
A: Your accomodations and meals are taken care of on ship. However, you can leave in the evening to go onshore for
dinner at your own expense. Be sure to bring your own type of bedding as well (sheets, blankets, sleeping bag, etc.)
Q: I have medication that needs to be taken daily, is there someplace I can store it besides my bunk?
A: Absolutely! Medications can be stored in the Pharmacist's Office in Officer's Country
Q: How do I qualify for the annual cruise?
A: To qualify you must:
1. A paid up member of the LST Memorial
2. Have accumulated 80 hours of volunteer time on board ship
3. Able to stand watch while on the cruise
4. Apply to and be accepted by the department you want to volunteer for the cruise. Contacts are:
