Photocopy of F.J. Waller’s rendition of the LST-325.
Photocopy of F.J. Waller’s painted rendition of LST-325 loading at Trebah Beach in Cornwall, England in preparation for the June 6, 1944 D-DAY invasion, likely scanned from a postcard.
Painting is historically inaccurate, as LST-325 neither loaded for D-Day at Trebah Beach nor carried the specified Units. Rather, it appears that the photograph this painting was based on was taken during loading practice in December, 1943 as that was the only recorded time when LST-325 visited Trebah.
