2025 BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The USS LST Ship Memorial, Inc. is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501 (c) (3) non-profit charitable organization. Any contributions to USS LST Ship Memorial, Inc. are tax-deductible.
The organizational structure of the USS LST Ship Memorial, Inc. consists of a volunteer Board of Directors and paid administrative staff along with part-time paid docents.
When the ship is in port, it is under the control of the Board of Directors through the President and officers.
When the ship is underway, it is under the control of the captain, his or her subordinates, and the crew through a chain of command.

Interested In Serving On The Board?
The USS LST Ship Memorial wouldn’t be able to function as smoothly as it does without the guidance and leadership of our board members. All that’s required is a current membership and volunteer to serve on the ship. By the way…these are the same requirements to join us as crew while underway!
